MONTHLY SALES SCHEDULE
Once you have joined the Guaranteed Sales Revenue platform, it is important to provide us with your monthly sales schedule during the account setup process. Your sales schedule represents a predetermined quantity of your products, services, and assets that you wish Countertrade Pte Ltd to assist you in selling to our other customers on a monthly basis. For instance, your sales schedule might encompass a range of $1 million to $100 million worth of products that you want Countertrade Pte Ltd to help you sell to our other customers each month.
Your ‘sales schedule’ will entail specific information, including the products to be sold, pricing, quality standards, quantities, the preferred currency for transactions, estimated delivery time, designated location for the product, expiration date, product delivery month, and any other pertinent details.
STEP 3.
ENGAGE WITH BUYERS
Our Trade Directors at Countertrade Pte Ltd will leverage your “Selling Schedule” to initiate communication with fellow member companies in the Countertrade network who have a consistent demand for products similar to yours. These Trade Directors will facilitate the process of securing legally binding purchase agreements between these companies and your business, committing them to purchase products from your company every month for a period of five years, with a value ranging from $1 million to $100 million or MORE. The actual sales revenue you can expect will be influenced by your sales revenue goals.
STEP 4.
CONTRACTS FOR APPROVAL
Once the Trade Director has obtained the 5-year purchase contracts from the companies who have expressed their commitment to purchasing your products, they will promptly send these contracts to you for your review and approval. It is essential that you carefully assess and confirm your satisfaction with the terms and conditions outlined in the contracts before proceeding.
STEP 5.
SIGN SALES CONTRACTS
Upon your approval of the 5-year purchase contracts, the Trade Director will provide you with the corresponding sales contracts for your signature. By signing these sales contracts, you are making a binding commitment to deliver and provide products or services worth $1M to $100M to our buyers/customers on a monthly basis for the duration of the next five years.
STEP 6.
RECEIVE PAYMENTS
After finalizing the 5-year purchase and sales contracts, Countertrade Pte Ltd will proceed to authorize your first payment, with a deduction of 10% as Countertrade Pte Ltd’s transaction fee for facilitating the transaction. For instance, if your membership level entails generating $1 million per month in sales revenue through Countertrade Pte Ltd, you will receive the initial payment of $1 million for the sales of your products.
STEP 7.
FULFILL SALES CONTRACTS
Upon receiving the initial payment of $1 million in your bank account, it is your responsibility to fulfill the sales contract by delivering your product or service to our buyers (customers). Each month, you will receive payment for your product sales prior to fulfilling the sales contract as agreed. This arrangement will continue on a monthly basis for the duration of the five-year period.
STEP 8.
SCALE SALES REVENUE
Scaling and Replicating the Model: After successfully facilitating the initial set of countertrade deals for your company, if you want to scale your sales revenue by any amount, we will replicate the process with additional businesses to meet your new sales revenue goals. Continuously seeking new partners and expanding our network, we aim to create more opportunities for countertrade arrangements. Our Trade Directors will assist you in securing additional sales contracts from buyers within the Countertrade network, to help you achieve your business expansion goals.
